Specification is mostly glass and grids: the glass package scaled to exposure, grid patterns (colonial, prairie, or clean open glass) matched to the house, and frame line — most double hungs we build are vinyl for value. Sash hardware finishes complete the order. At the estimate we photograph each elevation and confirm the grid pattern looks right at house scale, not just in a sample. It is the classic window; the details are what make it look born there.
